I think the answer is yes. Straight cut ones are also NLA. I spoke to Swiftune about it and they had plans to make one, not sure if they ever did. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

pretty much what i thought, minisport were spouting off a similar tune last year, but nothing has materialised it seems...

I would speak to swift tune of quaif (as it's quaif that make their stuff) and see what they are doing first.

or you could cut up the complete primary from minisport? if you do that carefully it should be possible to save the bush I would have thought? It would be a risk, and an expensive bush though...

Well anyway Swiftune can do them for £17 plus vat, and also have the top hat bushes for £9.50 plus vat.

Try Kieth Calver, he used to do the floating 1275 ones that MS are now selling, so he might make u a 998 floating one up.
