Does anyone know, if you have changed engine size say from 1275 to 1310 do you have to reflect this on the log book down to the exact cc or the fact that it is based on a 1275 block you don't have to show changes?

Cheers

I cant see the point tbh, on my insurance docs, theres an engine size bracket and 1310 should fall into the 1.3 bracket.

What happens if the Rozzas stop you and you have a log book that's different to the insurance document. I'm sure they'll have a field day!

urm it is a offence not to tell the changes but saying that mine still says 998 auto on the logbook, lol its not hard to send off the log book if your worried.

the main thing is its insured as what it is BUT how are the police or insurance companies gonna tell what cc the engine is without taking the cylinder head off and measuring the bores.

TBH i cant see the police being to bothered so long as its moyd, taxed and insured correctly

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

My log book is 1275 even thought its a 1293. There were no 1293 engines avaiable, its just been re-conditioned making it a 1293.

Nope the insurance docs will have a cover ranger on the engines. Eg 1150 upto 1350 ect ect. At the end of the day the car is still a 1.3!

1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.
