Hi, I've just bought a perfect sized intercooler for my steel front, round nose mini. The problem is, the inlet and outlet's are straight.

Is there anyone local to me who could weld on a couple of tight 90 deg bends to each end for me?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Couldnt you just use a 90 degree silicone hose on each end, would prob give you more room too :)

That's option 2, but I don't think that I will have enough clearance without cutting the inner wings.

I also wanted to reduce the ID to 50mm as they're 60mm at the moment.

Again, I know I could use silicone hoses to do all of this, but it would be neater and give me more room if I had it welded.

It's not the same as that Mark. It's only about 560mm wide and 160mm deep including the end tanks. It fits in the standard space behind the grille with no modifications except the hose fittings.

It's nice and deep (90mm) so should do the job well!
