Hey All,

I've just come from a 5 mile journey only to think that the mini is sounding a bit tractor like.

After the petrol station it was kinda obvious what had gone, since it was raspy and had no boost !

blooming manifold from the head to the turbo has split, doh!

Since its a custom designed exhaust manifold im a bit stumped on what to do. It kinda means i cant use my mini :(

is it stainless steel? just get someone to tig weld it up if so. where are you based?

Ah! the splitting of the custom turbo manifold, not an uncommon problem.

I'd get used to welding, if it's split once it'll split again.

Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph
