Classic Mini rear beam axle with Spax 22 point coil over adjustable shock absorbers.

This kit was purchased from Mini Spares centre as the rear part of kit part no: RSX520, hence is the lowered performance oriented kit.

Everything is needed to replace a standard heavy subframe with this light weight kit. It also includes adjustable camber brackets. The radius arm mounts can easily be shimmed to cater for changing the tracking ( toe in / toe out) at the rear.

The shock absorbers were only used for 550 dry road miles, and are in excellent working order. They come with the springs as per the standard kit ( i.e I have not changed them)

The steel beam itself, arrived with a very poor black paint finish, described as 'powder coated'. It certainly was not, and since being removed, the beam has been blasted, and powder coated properly ( by Profile 7000) - in a very nice light silver colour. The beam is still in the bubble wrap from them.
