Not heard of this one before. Bernie Ecclescake had the only one, just sold it in his auction for £15.645. I can't think of a bigger C than Ecclescake, when sold it even had BAC reg.


THE BAC M-30 was a limited edition of Mini Thirty Special Edition. BAC was based in North Perrott, Somerset. The interior was luxuriously trimmed - all leather and walnut veneer, while the exterior 'improved' by the addition of a KAT Designs bodykit. Motive power was provided by a 1275cc engine, mated to a Sprintex supercharger, to provide 115bhp. This propelled the car from rest to 60mph in 8.7s, and on to 111.6mph. The original asking price of the BAC M-30 was a staggering £30,000, later lowered to £23,390.

i've heard of them but never seen one in real life. tbh you could probabily build yoursef a car with a similar spec and without the 'styling' for half the auction price.

but then again it is another 'rare' mini

It came with a car phone too and you could either have the supercharger or air con. I know what I'd rather have!

Bernies had done something like 300 miles or less and was sold with an Avonbar 1380!!! What happened to the original lump?
