Looking for a set of the hepolite Powermax 1275cc Std size pistons. They need to be the Powermax jobbies with the oil drain holes, rather than the factory fit piston and the slots.

Please some one help. Minisport have two sets pinned to their display and are not willing to sell them, Doh!

Thanks in advance

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

I have some out of a standard MG Metro 1275 A+ that are just about to come out to make my 1380. Not sure if this is what you want. I can get the part number off them tonight, but I know you are not too far from me, pop over and take a look if you are in a rush.

The ones in mine are 21962 standard size. The engine is sat waiting for a strip down ready for machining so there is no rush. If you are interested send me an email.

Thanks mate, but I have a brand new set of those pistons to use as a last resort, £32 from Minisport*happy*

Vegard, not sure what you are trying to say*oh well* Do you have some of these and this is your way of saying that i have scored? LOL*happy*

It needs to be the higher performance Powermax jobbies with oil drain holes. The standard pistons have a slot. These are going in a high reving engine so the standard Rover jobbies, while up to the job for a short period, are not what I am really after. If I cant find the pistons Im after, then I will have to use the New ones I have.

I have my eye on those turbo pistons also, but there is too much cc in the piston to start with and im not skimming the block and piston to get the CR down

Would a set of 21253's be any use?
