I was planning on starting to work on the mini over xmas. Seeing as practically everything needs replacing i was just wondering whats the best way to start?

2 whole floors, inner wings, bootfloor, rear arches, rear side panels and rear panel need replaced.

I was thinking of welding some bracing in, then essentially replacing the back/sides/boot etc first then at least id have something to weld the floors onto rather than just the tunnel. (rear side panels) Then I could do the inner wings after that?

Any better ideas?

Fair enough, Id make a frame inside the car, then do the outer panels first. As you said.
