looking at lightening my mini a bit, and need to decide between carbon fibre and fibreglass.

Hi, I would go for the fibreglass, you wont really notice the difference, but you will save some cash.

No difference is weight, but I find carbon a bit easier to work with (being thinner you can bend it more) Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:

Thing is its not usually carbon , just fiberglass with a carbon top layre ?
