hi all
just wandering if any one can post a full list off what i need and a search address of what is involved in fitting thanks alot

This is usefull:

But briefly you will need a ford VR sensor (with shielded cable), EDIS and coil pack. You will also need a triggerwheel (either a standard one machined or one from triggerwheels or KAD) and VR sensor bracket. Also a MAP megajolt unit too of course!

check out the search, there is loads of info on here that will tell you everything, the guys are helpful on here too
