Amazing how a set of wheels transforms a car, looking great!

Istantly feels better, especially over bumps. Not pushed it hard yet, so we'll see about torque steer.

Cheers guys.

New zorst sounds great. I've had it in a box for years. Should have fitted it ages ago. It's also so much lighter than the maniflow that it replaced.

I had modified the ally tank for an fittings but ended up breaking one where they were so weak. Since then I've come up with a neater solution that has an internal pump.
1. Cut a fuck off hole in the tank

2. Shortened the Impreza pump assembly I bought cheap on eGay.

3. Drilled a few holes in the tank for clinch nuts and bolted the bugger in.

Just need to braze/weld the an fittings to the plate and then see if the pumps up to the job. If not, a direct fit, updated walbro jobbie will be ordered.

liking the exhaust, im going to do the same with my clubby but with a centre box too

like the pump hanger too, wish i had space for a decent tank in my vtec build, always fancied a beer keg in the boot *happy*

I'll have a fuel sender too. 1st time in a while that I'll be able to tell how much is left in the tank without looking down the spout.

I'm not experiencing any issues so far.

The slave sits further back so that the arm doesn't foul it and the adapter includes a support for the back of the slave so it doesn't flex.
