Prob getting is cars not getting up to temp think its the temostat put a 88 in and i drive about ten miles and still needs choke. If your stood still and let it get up to temp about over 60 runs fine.

have you drilled holes in stat, if so put new one in with out holes and make sure the heater tap is open. should warm up in know time.
