there is nothing wrong with a A-series that a turbo can't fix.

You can fit a T2 on a Metty manifold, Jimster sells the adaptor plates but you'll still need a bulkhead box.

i never take the easy way but the way that i beleave is 100%
and as much i want the sound and power off a turbo i just can set myself to make a box if it isn,t needed, hail mirage *tongue*

one other option is to make my own manifolds like Turbo Tel. but how the end result will be??????????

Paris\' suburb

it can be done very easily,
don't use an adaptor plate ,
drill/tap the new bolt pattern on mety manifold work out the t2 inlet lightly larger,
then just use later cooper/bo 1300 engine mount on sub
tilt a little the engine to the front
job done
it will also give a little more ground parallel driveshafts for lowered minis

So Much power that you keep blowing pistons....

I was not able to fit even the GT15 on a Metty manifold no matter how much the engine was tilted... believe me I tried....

Yes I would agree the Mirage looks great. My problem was the exchange rate and paying for the extra bits that come with it that I would not need for a GT15, so It was much too expensive in my view.
I am well pleased with my fabricated one, but yes its a hell of a lot of work. Next time I would make it out of s/s and pay someone to TIG it up.

There was another guy on TM looking at selling a similar manifold, do a search..
