My car has been standing on a level drive for 3 months, wheeled it about yesterday and its seems a little low so i checked out the rubber cones, it dont know if its me but i have a feeling its not suppose to be compressed this much? (its on a level drive)

Well it does look pretty flat.

Hmm yeah I was compareing it to the other side (front) and it did look flatter to me, heres a pic of the passenger side front:
