probably,

fastcarl can machine some wheels to take half a split rim, i'm fairly sure these are one that can.

yeh done a search before posting and know that there is a certain few that can be done, but i couldn't find whether these were one of the few. i emailed carl a while back which had the list of ones he can do but i cant find the email now :(

It's all about how thick this bit of the wheel is:



From what I understand it needs as much meat a possible so that the bolts have something to hold onto (technical terminology).

cheers, guys. i will look at mine later but i think i am going to keep this project on a tight budget for the moment. damn apprentice wages would take me years to finish!! then i'll get the expensive bit as and when i've got the money, these being the top of the list becuase they are gawwwwwwwjussssss
