iv got 10 inch A008's on the rally car...there very slippy really. when it comes onto cam about 3k rpm they slip in 1st allways and a bit in 2nd when its downpoured...petrol station areas just spins when a fly hovers over the accelerator pedal

They're purely for track use, not sure about size, I'll have to get the wheels anyway, is there anything to be gain for going for 10s over 13s or vice-versa?

id think the heavier wheels of 13s might be better, less likly to spin away perhaps

Unless you are planning on slicks for the dry why have two different sets of tyres?
