right we need to start seriously booking something asap.

Get your ideas for dates and locations in. I've suggested the date i did for no real reason. For some reason its a friday but i thought it was a saturday.

We need about a dozen commitments to make it worthwhile and hopefully mag featured, matt?

Come on, with 2141 members we should surely manage 12 cars in one place!!

Priority goes to Turbo'd cars but pending numbers there i would expect there to still be spare spaces for others.

I think a non refundable deposit (£5) would be a good idea. Itll make sure people do actually go
Obviously if the numbers arent there beforehand then this can be given back

Itll be quite good to combine this with something else if we could, say a trackday, or a weekend blast

Either a Fri, weekend, or monday would be the ideal for time off

i had thought of doing this easter saturday again? then york is sunday/monday?

When is easter next year? gives a little more time to for people to get cars together. i could be ready in about an hour to be honest, but i wont have completed my winter projects! lol! i.e. complete the work i didnt finish last year!

I think to be honest i'll be taking the full payment, its most likely only going to be £15-20 then we have full commitment. sound ok to everyone?

now we need a location that we can all get to easy enough, maybe to break up the trip to york for some as well.

plus somewhere to get heads down for the night etc!

i would say mine but the RR isnt brilliant for this type of thing.

what would be ideal is somewhere up north near to the M1 as thats on the way for most people for york

We could then stay at a camp site, or farm type b&b where theres lots of parking for cars and trailers
