First mini turbo to get in the 12's & site perv

Herefordshire

The other week I was at minispares and was offered a heavy duty clutch release bearing. I thought I may as well, although afterwards I did then think that ive never had a problem with the std one.....

Anyroad, ive just come to fit it and its quite a different shape to the normal one, its also a lot thinner:

This is the face that pushes on the diaphram

and this is the thickness difference:

Has anyone used on of these?

To be honest im a bit concerned that its thinner, and as ive never had a problem with the clutch before, I think I may just get another normal one

Any thoughts on the heavy duty bearing?

Cheers
Nic
