another prob with my car!

when changing gear when the car is on boost, the revs dont drop when i dip the clutch, well they do, but really slowly, is this a case of excess boost forcing air / fuel through ( i dont have a dump valve) and would fitting a dump valve cure it?

Almost certainly to be the poppet valve on the butterfly causing the problem.
You need to remove the carb, and then the butterfly and replace with a solid one, or cut off the valve and braze / solder up the holes then re-fit.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

then you need a DV if you've blocked off the std one. Well ideally anyway.
