Hi all

I thought this would be the best place to ask, ive removed the dizzy from my clubby engine to get it checked and re-done by Aldon.

Trouble is its stamped with 59D4 which i know is for a 998 engine! it does however have 10DAYP scribed on it too, its a non vacuum type too!

is it a genuine aldon? it was working fine when then engine was first built with 85bhp and 94lb/ft but its gone well down recently!! :(

Gaz

Any Aldon dizzy I have seen before has had "AY" standing for "Aldon Yellow".

I guess it says 100AYP. That means it's an Aldon YELLOW for an A+ engine.

Edit: Crap, Tommy beat me to it *wink*

Mine gets in the way a bit, but only when it is up. If it is down it does not cause a problem.

cheers lads, i did think that the AY could stand for aldon yellow! it was the fact it had an original stamping on it that confused me!
I will get it sent of to aldon to get the curve sorted and hopefully get my torque back, then its megajolt time!!

If you are going to MJ anyway why bother messing with the dizzy?
