Do all Mini Se7en, Miglia run on 10in wheels or do some run on 12in wheels ? 1293 Turbo mini

That is what i thought because .I look for 12in wheels on the miglia and are all on 10in because. I spoke to a so called miglia racer ? who said he run 12in wheels ? 1293 Turbo mini
