i recived the intercooler from bret this morning and it looks like it will fit just fine at the front of the car i may need to re-locate the oil filter though but i was planning on doing that anyway.
as the intercooler was used some of the fins were bent and some not in the best of shape, so i turned on Scuzz and listend to some music and straitend and removed the bent and damaged fins.

thanks, im contimplating welding the endcaps on as they are only press cliped and change the pipe outlet's

i just discovered this thread while doing a quick search, have you put the intercooler to use yet paul lol, i think i had it stood for over a year, i seem to remember it was off a diahatsu or a citroen i think they use the same

not even got an engine mate, motorvation on the mini has been low, i have aquired a fair few more intoercooelrs though lol, its a shame about that one its got abit damaged due to work on the house and my dad being a ****, do not put that there what does he do...
hopefully in about 2-35years the mini will have that cooler or another on it!
