Im sure some of you are familiar with this site, but it was new to me.

Ive been on google earth before, but the picture of my house was ancient (well 1999), however ive just been on http://flashearth.com and there was a more recent picture of my house.

Then I realised that the mini was on the drive, however there was something wierd on the road outside. I then realised it was my pick up and trailer.
A bit more research trying to figure out what year it was, and ive realised exactly when it was: it was the friday afternoon before avon 2006 when i had a hectic afternoon lapping in my valves!

Does anyone elses house show anything interesting?
(not that this was actually interesting for anyone else)

well for my house its the exact same picture as google earth. cant tell whats on me drive.

They are well behind the times with my house. I reckon that was taken 5 years ago.

actually i think all the toyotas were on the road think it were me mini and trailer on drive.

google maps show my dads landrover project and microsoft ve maps show my first mini with my white punto on the drive

this is much better than google earth! im at work when the photo is taken, but you can see my dads boss in the field in a tractor!

arrr sussed it now theres different maps lol anyway gogle seems best for my house and work they all seem to be the same time years ago

One of them shows me in the front garden working on my mini in bright orange overalls, in birdseye view!!

Ha ha print screen and show it. Dont believ ya LOL. I didnt know you could see people on it.

mines way out of date! my flat is still a field (none of the estate has been built) and none of my broken cars or on my parents drive, so that puts it about 4 years out of date :)

This is almost an invasion of privacy. Normally google earth is taken with a long shutter speed (well if their image capturing system has a shutter... well you get the idea) so you can't see people or anything that is moving faster than a few mm a second. Not that I'm worried but you wouldn't want to be picking your nose or anything!
