In one or two of the posts on here there is mention of the 1st motion shaft nose support bearing in the turbo gearbox being slightly bigger than a standard bearing (although the reason for this isnt clear). I think the item is http://www.minispares.com/Product.aspx?pid=32830 and is not contained in any rebuild kit that I can find.

I use the bigger bearing but you need the correct transfer casing for this.
there is nothing wrong with a A-series that a turbo can't fix.

You can machine your existing transfer casing to accept the bigger bearing, whether or not it's needed is debatable. A lot of people are running on the smaller bearing with no issues. |

Looks like it'll be the smaller bearing then (thats what my new case seems to accept). Thanks guys.
