having a general chat about this at work. would it work and what would be best to used?

my guess was that expanding filler lol

or would the pressure from the exhaust just force it out like it does with tennis balls / potatoes?

Lowestoft, Suffolk.

Make sure the area it comes into contact with is moist, it will help the expansion. Should do the job, lol, dare we ask why?

I recon it would work if you really didnt like somene, this stuff sticks so ficking hard.

I have seen builders use it to mount door frames into walls with no nails....

Expanding foam up the exhaust will kill the engine. It will run, but not for long.
Caused lots of problems, a run of head gaskets...then a cracked head. Expensive.
A friends car got vandalized with the stuff. Door locks everything.

It would stop the car from running, and it would probably need a complete exhaust system to put it right, I'm all in favour of a practical joke but this is a bit harsh really!

Jeez you must really hate this bloke.
I've seen lads from round here fill bicycle tires with it and when the tires wear out they just keep going on the foam.Does stink though when you stick your foot in the tire to drift*happy*
