hi all
i have found this site very usefull over the past few weeks, I am thinking of installing a megajolt system this year. you have a number of members that have allready done this. you know who you are. My car was on the front cover of november issue of mini world. *wink*

afraid i am not runing a turbo, 1380 trackday engine with stage 5 head, webber 45. Built by dave walker . I will post pictures later in the week.

I got that issue. Looks a really nice car, sounds like engines were a bit of a pain. Though you never know how much whats printed is fact.

i purchased a trackday kit from a well known company in coalville
this was after months of waiting. I built it and took it to Bogg bros for its RR they said they could not do it, as the bores were leaking oil.

I took it to dave walker he stripped it and said "if i had done this work I would not be able to sleep at night " the threads had not been cut right, the bores had been bored out, but not cross hatched honed, leading to the pistons jamming. I left e-mails and telephone calls , to the company that had carried out the work but no reply. the block was scrap. *frown*Dave walker found me a block, and started again.
