Got the engine running last night.. the fans clipping the breather but appart from that, alls looking good. gave it a rev, the forge dump valve sound beautiful!!!

Set the fuel pressure to 4psi, and timing to 7degs... just need to sort out my colour tune and EGO sensor to see if im running rich or lean..

dump valve seems to be open all the time tho... see Q in help needed.

Cant wait for a test drive....!!

sweet dude, well done.
i have spaced my fan off slightly, it still clis but only on a few blades and these will wear down quickly

yup and you'll have no blade's *tongue*
I speak from personal experiance of fan snapping if there is not atleast 5mm'ish between the breather and fan it will snap the blade's
my last snapped fan was at around 6500rpm and dented my bonnet when a blade hit it

what's left before you get to drive it Ross ?

Took it for a spin last night! Coooool!!

its hard to keep it striaght!

Dump valve is constantly hissing at low speeds, ok once foot is down.

need to fix slightly sticking throttle cable, and also it did seem to get a bit hot.... will refit heater somewhere!

need some new shocks for rear end and fit hi-lows.

so much to do, so little time!
