-ah, according to google, i searched the serial number and it appears to be the turbo from a 2.8 Vauxhall Movano Diesel! I've heard things about diesel spec turbos not being able to cope with the extra heat that petrol combustion deals out?

yep its the gt1752 from the movano with the larger exhaust housing 0.56 instead of 0.48 used by robert and others also its only water cooled. i don't think theres any need to worry about the heat issues the turbine housing will crack eventually but after how many depends alot on the abuse it gets with regards cooling/heating cycles

can't really complain for £20 though...

The outlet flange looks like my GT1528, I never did find a commercial flange that would fit, had to fabricate one.
