What are the pros and cons of these, any good for the road or just for track. thanks

i've got one fitted to the top of my engine and can't fault it really, keeps the engine nice and solid and is adjustable in length too.

used to have a std rubber mounted adjustable one with an ultimate steady but that ended up splitting the bulkhead on my old car so never bothered with an ultimate since i fitted the rose jointed one.
