Dave - you should know me better than that! I'll post a pic of the piston and head for you as well

Wil - interesting!

it would probably be like this one!

A couple of pics of the mechanical bits, the headwork is quite specific for this application again to maximise what it has to do

Matt- lol!

Paul - as far as I'm aware our ecu is one of the only ones with software in it (our own) to run propper traction and launch control (which it has had from 05) - both of which are run on parameters of engine control control - hence we couldn't interface with m/jolt or something simialr - it wouldn't work, Nic was also after proper boost control - again interface between two ecu's is not the best way to do this!

First mini turbo to get in the 12's & site perv

Herefordshire

The questions are:

What is going on with the devious bastards machine? It appears the engine has been pulled apart over winter, but what is being done to it?

and

who will we see 11's from first?

I think considering that it was running reduced boost last year, power is not the major issue with the Don.

Well I'm planning on bringing one 998 turbo to York. Probably the slower one as I want to know how fast it is. The TT hasn't changed.

I look forward to another record braking year.

Well,,, you know what they say---> "More pull than a bunch of school boys" *smiley* *smiley* *smiley*

John, i`ve just bought this "Ilinga" manifold

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...:MEWN:IT&ih=001

for my Turbo V8 mini & was thinking that maybe now i should use this , modify it slightly so i can inject the thing,... so maybe it would be prudent of me to run some form of traction & boost control system for it... can your system plumb into a turbo V8 & work ok???

It`s for this little thing-->

*smiley* I`m expecting that your system simply uses a couple of road wheel speed sensors yeah? & does it randomly cut spark or retard ign or what?

I`m expecting just a tad of torque steer with it, but still, what`s a little bit of torque steer between friends hey? *smiley* I`ve fitted a motha F`ker large Austin 1800 "bus" type steering wheel to it now, just to help with arm pump *smiley* can we chat more about it via PM or E-mail ? i really think i`m going to need some sort of assistance concerning grip *smiley*

& sorry to hi-jack the thread , carry on

I would say thats got to be GT28 looking at the housing adaptor on the compressor. I know the GT25 ballbearing jobby looks pretty good match..... but I have spoken to a local turbo speclist and they done a spec for me the were looking at a GT28 with a hybrid turbine housing machined up for a smaller A/R because the smallest standard housing was way too big.
