i'm a bit confused where to cut my bootfloor out, my MOT man is a kind bloke haha

Do you have the bootfloor yet? If not buy it first then cut it to fit. 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

i could do, i'm no fabrication master but it'll be strong, i dont want to make it heavier than original though, i have a feeling the corflake carboard packets may be of use! not in the final build though lol :oD

same here. i have been thinking about it for a while. are you running a beam? i dont see any other way of getting it around the rear cross bar of the subby. |

A carbon skin of that area should be 500g to 1.2kg. If it’s any heavier i suspect it’s got a bucket load of fiberglass in.

Yes. put it on the metal mark it roughtly out with a marker. cut an inch in from that line then trim it back to fit.
