Does this head look too long new to have work done on it. I here Benross is the man to open up the chambers for me.

If you've already got a NA MG Metro head with the 36mm inlet then you'll be much better off using that. You could modify it or if on a real budget stick it on as it is.

I guess that exhaust valve seat easily can be cleaned up with a 31mm valve. If this fails, install some unleaded seats. Easy On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

Done much worse but it does make sense to go with the MG one if you have the choice |

yeah i know what you mean. Ive just rebuilt the mg engine and its runnig lovely. But ive had a change of heart and im going turbo no matter what. I,d like to low the cr a bit to be safe side. Thats why id do this other head....
