Cheers mate, much appreciated. The bloke whos doing my sills, floor pans etc wasnt sure. Ive put a post on MC aswell so hope i get some response.

The blue book quotes minimum 3mm thickness and at least 120 sq cm as you thought. (section Q1.2.2)
