On the last minis fitted with rear inertia seat belts, do the interia reels actually bolt to the 'C' pillar ? If so can a set of rear seat belts from an MG metro work correctly if fitted to a mini on the 'C' pillar ? http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c248/spe...er1/mini007.jpg

They do indeed bolt onto the C pilliar, but the later minis had extra bracing on the C pillars because of this. Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:
