Looking for a forward facing child seat that fits on a mini front seat. It's for a 15 month old so needs to have an integrated harness.

Does anyone have suggestions on good ones or ones to avoid?

what type of seats do you have, buckets, fold back, strait back ect head rest no headrest? mothercare and halfords do some good child seats i have been looking at some for a present for my sister as she is due in july to get a good one

I've got a Mothercare one made by Britax. They don't make the one I have anymore, but their current range fixes in a similar way.

It fits on the front seat and in the back (although it's not brilliant) it goes in the Subaru too. I actually have MX5 seats in the front, but I'm sure it'll fit with standard seats.

They are the standard seats that come in a 1998 mini.

Cheers Wil. We have an isofix seat/base in our subaru that is pretty big but the seat will go in the front of the mini.

I'm being lazy and looking to put another one in the mini due to constant last minute requests I get from the missus to move the seat between cars.

We have 2 seats, one in my missus car and one for the mini and the subaru. It seems I change it every day at the moment, and it is a pain in the arse!
