was thinking the other day if you got a pulley machined with the misssing tooth in a different place then you could have your sensor in a different place if its in the way now.

just a thought

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

I was thinking along the same lines. I though that you could set the sensor position on the MJ though?

No you cant unfortunately, however

What you could do it move it say 45deg and then + or - 45 from each value depending on where you put it

thought you could have the missing tooth wear ever you wanted so long as the sensor was 90 degrees before it, oh well sorry new inter cooler will be easier and cheaper and may even be better than the one you bought.

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Cheers Matty,

Carl, I think your solution would work. I would have to have a new pulley machined.
