I bought this to strip out for another race/road car but after looking over it, it is far to good to do that to, although if it doesnt make decent money then thats what will happen!

Brief spec:

1275 with stage one manifolds but std filter - 1275 fitted as std, last of the carb'd models
its got hi-los and uprated shocks on
ultimate engine steady
13x7 superlights
sportspack arches
a new front end in 2001/2002 but as you can see its still perfect - consisted of wings, a-panels and full scuttle
loads of receipts
test till the very end of august (29th i think)
tax till end of feb
full excellent condition interior (only front seats in on the pics, i'm cleaning the back seat but its a matching seat and mint along with the door cards)
full walnut dash and 3 clock setup with green faces (assume std)
runs and drives perfectly. gearbox, clutch are excellent

Bad bits:

Its got a leak somewhere, think maybe the screen but i havent traced it yet, hence the carpets being out as its been sat so i took them out to dry

fair few stone chips on the front end, but non of the crusty stuff so thats good

slight leak on the y piece of the LCB, but not really noticeable

odd blister here and there but really nothing major

Its a really nice mini and could be used daily.


Its going on ebay later but for TM members its priced at £1500 for a quick sale. i'm expecting £2k ish on ebay i think? reserve will be £1500 anyway.

Had discs and ball joints recently according to the paperwork.

26-01-93 so pre-cat (hence the carb)

If I had 1500 quid sitting around,I'd give em to ya for it.

Also looking like i'm moving soon so could do with getting shut sooner rather than later but not for silly money. I'll just wait to the summer, tidy it up a bit further, put 12months test on it and then put it back on.

Id buy the wheels/tyres for 200
