Be interesting to have a 0-60 challenge at one of the shows, maybe MITP as there must be room to do it at Pod somewhere?

Quite an interesting read, but the Miglia guys are still pedaling the 4.5 to 60 bullshit. interesting you say that, this article was discussed, on the mini7 forum as they where dicssing before it was written. I belive even the miglia drivers where disputing these figures too, but in there vue it helps promote the mini club. IMO the top running migs are aweome machines, some of us may be quicker on the 1/4 mile, but how many of us could hammer our cars flat out for 20 mins on a track without failure? I don't think any high boost a series could take the abuse. Watch any of the videos online and you will see what I mean, http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?user=SheepspeedJim poor little A series On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

You have made a vey good point there Jim, we know the TT could not do more then a lap or two of any circuit before overheating.

Some racing metro's kick out that power & more...but on track & 1/4's the miglias would piss all them. I know they weigh 200kgs less & as Jim says...purely designed for circuit use.
