To Citylink who have F**KED up my avon park weekend

I ordered the parts i needed last thursday on a overnight carrage i had rung late so i belive they were sent fri, anyway by tuesday i rang the supplier for a tracking number got hold of citylink and asked where my package is, "it was left in your porch mate"

Now obviously i have complained as this is ?200 worth of goods the respose i got was "you will have to re-order them mate and we will send free of charge"

the supplier yesterday faxed me though a copy of the pod thingy and city link are saying i signed for it so it not there problem, when i looked at the pod thingy my name is there and a wiggly line is there for a signiture

Now there saying my gentleman neighbour at number 4 forged my signiture and placed package in my porch, what they failed to undertsand is my gentleman neighbour at number 4 is wheelchair bound with motor neurone disease cant pick up a pen and can hardly speak

basically they have lost/stolen my parcel and are making up every excuse in the book so they dont get the blame, im ?200 out of pocket, im speaking to supplier today they have a good reputation for customer service so im hoping problem will be resolved today
