Hi lads.
Just putting the crank pulley back on, and as im doing the pulley bolt up, the crank keeps moving round. i im sure you put it in gear and foot on on brake to stop it the pulley turning round lol
errrr but it keeps turning. having a durrr day..
What am i doing wrong..
inlighten me please lol

Take the starter motor out and put a something in the teeth to stop the engine turning over. I also put it in gear a wedge the brake pedal down so less stress it put on the flywheel teeth.

Always worked for me. *oh well*

i now use a 2 ft break bar on opposite side (crank damper bolt) ..easy peasy 150 NM solo with the block out of the car
