I know that some of you use the services and gearsets of Jack Knight. Been trying to get hold of them for a little while now and had no joy. Anyone got any alternative contact details or been in touch with them recently?

they do reply, and very quickly too if you generate the ticket thingy on the website, its obviously just their way of dealing with enquiries (its all traceable) once it is generated it will stay open until you are happy ure enquiry has been dealt with. Kevin has also given me the size of the lil bearing i need for me gearbox so he has been quite helpful.

Yeah have left three messages on the answerphone and generated a ticket today so hopefully get a reply soon. Been dealing with kevin dempsey just seems a pain to track down always the way with serviced office buildings. Its a big item he is supplying and just trying to find out whats happening with it! |

Mr Dempsey (aka 'Jack Knight') certainly has his work cut out. If only he had supplied parts on time or given feedback explaining the delays. IMHO - I'd go elsewhere. Richard. I did eventually get our problem sorted, well partially anyway. Got the goods we ordered but workmanship wasn't much and it had the wrong pinion gear in the steering rack.
