Can having no fuel left in the tank, make the dump valve stick on when revving it, or little fuel, from less pressure because of less fuel or something?

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

fuel and dump valves are not related! well in this case.

IIRC yours is a diaphragm dumpvalve which cant stick open, only the diaphragm can be goosed.

They do leak slightly on idle i think in some cases as the vacuum pulls them open depending on the strength of the spring. Thats how they work.
