Is it a big job to rebuild a carb, i mean like is there a lot to go wrong? Ive never done one before, but fancy having a go with one of iains rebuild kits. Just wondering what the instructions are like or if you have to have experience to do one.

It's a piece of cake.
You don't even need instructions (just as well, coz there aren't any), just take it apart slowly, noting the orientation and location of seals and things...

There is instructions, well sort of! lol! There ok if you use some common sense.

its not that bad, i just took it apart and laid it all in a row. Seal orientations etc are shown in the instructions just for reference.

Sauber used one of the same kits ( as i posted him it! lol!) so he knows better than most as mines still waiting to go in the ultrasonic bath at work tomorrow.

Yeah i have too. Well the ones that are in the kit, pretty sure there is something on mininfinity about rebuilding an SU in general which may be useful. Saw it on MC not that long ago.
