mulbarton, norwich nr14 8gs

i have a problem with the speedo not being the corect speed, it has a metro turbo engine and the original 1966 clock. could i change this for a modern clock? or is there another way? any help would be great as i dont want to be flashed by the yellow box! cheers

there is a firm that recalibrates your speedo

cant recall the name at the minute though, its on the tip of my tongue and im getting a bit frustrated...

someone less tired than me will prob be able to remember it!

Speedy Cables in london offer a great calibration service.

You should be able to get some info off the web about what data is needed like the number of times the cable turns when you rotate a wheel, and the exact circumference of your tyres etc.

You'll need to send your speedo head to them. They do a good post service.

I had the same problem but it's sorted now.

Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.
