rob, have you found putfile has gone all upmarket and flashy (shit basically)

i have to click through loads of pages to find pics in my albums and then click on another button to bring up the BB

i know i must soung like a right lazy arse whining about a few extra click,s but i likes the way it was so basic and straight forward before

Yeah I've found that as well, I'm wandering if they want to be more of an online photo album than a picture hosting site.

I use image shack.us (www.imageshack.us)

You can select to resize the image on upload and once the pic is uploaded you can just use the url to display the pics.

all you have to do is the following:

wrap the url in img tags (html basically)

eg [img]url to pic[*/img*]

please not you will need to remove the * i have put these here so you can see the html.

So heres a url from image shack of my mini

http://img218.imageshack.us/img218/2951/09022008030re2.jpg

if i wrap the url in img tags look what happens

Hey presto, just remember to use squared brackets and remember the / to close the tags. like so ----> [/img]

Hope this helps

I (along with a few others on here) use photobucket - free and easy to use. Everthing Mike descibes above applies to photobucket too.

As above, so long as you have the direct url to image you can apply this to any photo.
