spi to turbo

hi, im changing my spi to run a turbo engine. i am at the stage where i need to change from the injection to carb. what changes do i need to make to allow the engine to run without disrupting other things on the car. the ecu will be removed. if anyone has converted an spi to carb i would appreciate it very much for your advice.many thanks
