Hi,
I bought a diesel GT15 VNT. It's not water cooled.
Do you know if the oil flow through the body can be reversed compared to the original sens ?

The 3 diesel turbos I own are fed through the 2 screw connection (it has a gasket)
On all petrol turbos (water cooled) I have the oil EXITS through this connection, so the direction is reversed.

Is there any reason for that ?

Thanks

you can only feed the turbo by the oil feed , it canot be reversed .
I understand why you need it to be ,unscrew the exhaust hsg, you have six pins, in the vanes control ring, in three of them you can tilt the control arm, which will leave you with three possible 120 angles hope one will help in having the oil return poiting toward (you can tilt it at least to 30°)
