Whilst we are on the subject...

Any North American TM members going to the Canadian GP this year?? I thought Damn the exchange rate and got tickets.---they are over $400.

We are usually down by the hairpin, its great there they actually go slow enough that you can see the buggers. I have been to 4 or 5 Canadian GP's but this will be the first for a couple of years.

We stay on a campsite, go into Monteral which is a great city drink loads of beer and whiskey (and whisky) and argue the toss about who's the best car/driver... its Great!

I'll watch it later.

Planned on going to Valencia, but it's not come off. Might still manage Spa.

How much is British GP nowadays?
In 95' I flew out to Monza/Milan on the Sunday, watched the race & flew back the same day. It worked out about £20 cheaper than going to Silverstone! Damn stupid! Good old RyanAir. *wink*

Im loving the new traction removal ruling. Should split the strong drivers from the weak.

Wahoo indeed.. what type of tickets? We get "silver stand" (where you can see a big screen as well) for $825 for Irene and myself but it used to be a lot cheaper when the Canadian dollar was 82 cents!!

We always go by the hairpin which is great cos there is always some action--- remember Kubica's crash last year-the year I wasnt there!! They go slow here and you are only 20 feet from the track. When I first hear the engines the hair on the back of my neck tingles..

Snap mate, nothing like the noise.

We've got seats in a covered stand, and can view a screen =)

I have just watched it at a mates. How exciting was that! I didn't think that the outcome would be as it did. Just not to spoil it for those waiting for the repeat. Roll on the race, might have a split night of sleep though as i'm knackered now.

Yep, don't spoil. Alex has watched it and I fell asleep :(

Breakfast news has just spoiled one thing if I heard it right while scrambling for the remote. I've got four hours to wait without having to sneak on the net.
