ive just put a standard turbo engine into my mini.it will tick over but i havent yet done the timing due to the engine starting to race realy high when trying to set it.the engine also doesnt pick up at all when you press the accelerater.the choke works fine, the fuels pipe are clean inside the carb and the throtle opens fully.can someone help me please.

sounds like its over fueling if it doesnt pick up but races on idle mine did this about 4 weeks ago when i put a new engine into mine
