cheers scruffy, think ile pop down the autofactors tomorrow and see what they have, its good but its not so good that im gona spend that money on it. I take it fully synthetic is a big no no? due to the long grain molecules or watever there called breaking up?

Personal preference _ I used synthetic for many years but Mobil 1 was shite for gearboxes where as Castrol RS was fine but now use Millers

i currently have millers mineral trans 20/50 in there at the mo and the gearbox feels really nice, but im upping the boost slightly and doing some sprint events so i dont think it would be ideal for that. I may just pay the £38 for the ctv and be done with it, but ile have a look round the shops tomorrow, i no valvoline do a mineral 15/50 turbo engine oil which i have used in the past which was about £12 for 5l. the box didnt feel as nice though
